Admir was born in Tirana and moved to Canada in 1999, later settling in Ottawa. He earned an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Law, Policy and Government from Carleton University and later joined the Ottawa Police Service. Over a 21-year career, he has served in frontline operations, investigations, and community policing, and currently holds the rank of Sergeant. He is fluent in Albanian, Italian, and Turkish and is actively involved in youth mentorship and community service.
