Arbër was born in Tirana, Albania, and immigrated to Canada in 1999, joining the RCMP in 2008. He has served in Richmond, BC, across patrol, investigations, property crime, and strike force roles, and holds the rank of Corporal. He currently works with the Drug Target Team – Organized Crime Unit, focusing on drug trafficking investigations. Arbër is also a use-of-force and surveillance instructor and a certified Albanian translator for the RCMP.
